Question by : i have an etouch 7” which is connected to wifi but will not access internet or apps market any ideas?
i have connected to the wifi in my home which is working but then if i try to access youtube etc, it says i am not connected? can anyone help?

i’m not 100% sure on this i’ve had similar problems. I don’t know what button it will be because you’ll have a different router to mine but my android device wouldn’t connect at all and to fix this was simple. On my live box (from orange) there’s two buttons. button 1 and 2. Number 1 is pairing mode and number 2 is for some other type of mode. I pressed number 1 to set it to pairing and i managed to connect to the wifi. I could probably help you a lot more if you sent me a screen shot of your screen (if you can) so i can see what it says etc. email me at m309saa@yahoo.co.uk

Question by Clara: Re-direct domain name?
Hi, I’m having trouble getting the domain name I just set up to point to the place where my site is actually being hosted.
The place where I registered the domain is GoDaddy.com, but the site is being hosted elsewhere. And it’s not clear what new information I should be entering, in order to connect the domain name with my actual website.
I mean, is it CNAME? NS? The IP address? A combination of the above? I know that they have a section on Domain Forwarding, but from what I’ve heard that slows down your site and can be damaging to page rank.
If anyone can help me with this I’d be very grateful. It’s really annoying to be this close to getting it up and running, only to be stumped by this.

It is really quite simple. Let just say you site is being hosted at abc.com. and ur domain is at goddaddy.com. You host would have provided u with what are called nameservers. So for this demo we will say that abc.com gave u your name servers. your nameservers will more then likley look like this
ns1.abc.com and ns2.abc.com
now these are the steps to set your domain to to go the site on abc.com hosting:
1. login to godaddy
2. click on my domains
3. click on your domain name that is in there.
4.in the middle of the screen you will see nameservers.
5. click on it
6. you will then see a place where u can enter in new name servers.
7. enter in your ns1.yourhostname.com and your ns2.yourhostname.com in the spaces there overwriting the ones that are there already.then click ok. It will take about 24-48 hours to completely be updated all over the internet.
Congrats. You have just set up your first nameservers.

Question by Dr Who: My site is the 1st on MSN search, the 6th on Yahoo!, but isn’t on Google at all !!!?
Google itself gives me a page rank of 3/10 which isn’t bad but when I search for these key words: “web design exeter” my site isn’t on Google listing at all. I haven’t been penalized because I can find my site on Google if I search for my domain.

I submitted the site months ago and it has all the necessary meta tags and is valid XHTML and CSS.

If you have recently updated the site – it is sometime removed from such sites in till new spybots find the website.
You may also email Google for more information about buying a set position on Yahoo.

I don’t know how to make websites / program – but looking to have a second income pref built on the internet – through affiliate marketing or adsense etc maybe – I have 10 hours a week to spare for this project (As my job is 50 hours already) and would like to earn at least $ 1,000 pm for my time invest.

I’m comparing the markets of Apple and Microsoft and found the following information about Apple “The Company’s customers are primarily in the education, creative professional, consumer, and business markets.” But I can’t find any information on Microsoft. Even a search of there site results in masses of irrelevant info. Does anybody know where I can find this information?
