Do you have a browser? Just point it to market.android.com and you should be able to access it. You need to sign in to your google account to start downloads.

very very helpful thanks, just wanted to ask once Ive done seo like you have demonstrate how else do u advise i can promote my website ? i was told by a web designer that no matter what i do with web plus i will never get ranked high in seo engines because of the way its written. is this? possibly true?
